How do I know which service is right for me?

If you have a puppy under 5 months, Puppy Foundations is ideal. For adolescent dogs or everyday skills like recall and loose leash walking, choose Everyday Essentials. For specific behaviour concerns (separation anxiety, reactivity, aggression, resource guarding), the Behaviour Consultation is the right fit. For life changes like a new baby, rescue dog settling in, or multi-dog dynamics, choose Family & Lifestyle. If you just want to chat informally about life with your dog, Dog Owner Support is for you. How many sessions will I need?

That depends on your dog and your goals. After your initial consultation I'll have a much clearer picture. Additional follow-up sessions are always available if you'd like continued support, but they're never required.

Evidence-based reinforcement and needs-based training only. Your dog's needs and welfare is prioritised above all else.

Can I ask about anything in a support session?

Almost anything related to life with your dog - food, routines, enrichment, products, vet visit prep, general worries. I cannot provide veterinary diagnoses, medication advice or formal counseling.

Do I need a support session, or a training session?

Accepted Answer

Training services (Puppy Foundations, Everyday Essentials, Behaviour Consultation, Family & Lifestyle) are for structured plans addressing specific goals or concerns. Support sessions are more suitable for pet owners to talk to a qualified professional in an informal way about nearly anything related to life with their dog; How to play with your dog, how to fulfill your dog's needs, how to advocate for your dog, seeking an impartial opinion on difficult decisions, helping your ageing dog and dealing with chronic disease are just some of the possible topics we can discuss. Support sessions are conversational only and do not include a structured training plan.

How do I book?

You can submit an inquiry directly from any service page, or from the Contact page. I'll be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your needs and arrange a session.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, as the time slot has been reserved for you.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are not available for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. All training and support sessions that have been completed are non-refundable.

What video platform do you use?

You can choose between Google Meet and Zoom when booking your session. Both work in any modern browser on phone, tablet, or computer.

What if my internet drops during a session?

Accepted Answer

It happens! We'll simply reconnect. If the disruption is significant, we'll make up the lost time - your session won't be cut short.

Do I need any special equipment?

Accepted Answer

Just a device with a camera and a stable internet connection. A phone propped up works perfectly.
